The same dedication.

From a child's first visit to an adult's return to activity, we help you find a clinician whose experience fits your needs.

Children's chiropractic care in Warwick

Every child deserves to feel understood.

Finding the right care for your child starts with being listened to. At Warwick Health, we welcome babies, children and teenagers for individual chiropractic assessment and appropriate care in a calm, family-friendly setting.

Our children's team brings together postgraduate training in a range of paediatric chiropractic techniques, alongside advanced training in adapting care for neurodivergent children and those with sensory or emotional regulation needs.

Whether you have a concern about your child's comfort or movement, or need a practitioner who understands that appointments can sometimes be challenging, we take time to get to know your child. We assess neuromusculoskeletal concerns - those involving muscles, joints, movement and associated nerve function - and explain whether chiropractic care is appropriate, or whether another approach would better meet your child's needs.

Your child is welcome as they are. We start by listening.

More about children's care

Paediatric care shaped around your child

Choosing care for your child is a personal decision. You want someone who listens, takes your concerns seriously and sees the individual behind them. At Warwick Health, that is where we begin.

Paediatric training and knowledge

Our children's team has undertaken postgraduate training in a range of paediatric chiropractic approaches. Assessments and any recommended hands-on care are adapted to your child's age, size, comfort and individual needs.

Chiropractor Ben Gibbs also brings in-depth knowledge of infant tongue-tie and is co-author of a published research-informed review on the subject in the Journal of Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics.

We combine our knowledge with a thoughtful, individual approach: listening carefully, explaining what we find and helping you understand the options available to your child.

A calm, understanding approach to different needs

Our team's advanced training includes adapting care for neurodivergent children and children who experience sensory sensitivities, communication differences or difficulties with emotional regulation. This is about making neuromusculoskeletal assessment and care more accessible, in an environment that respects how your child experiences the world.

We welcome children who may find conventional appointments difficult. Working with parents and carers, we take time to understand what helps - whether that means a slower introduction, simple explanations, breaks or an opportunity to become familiar with the room and practitioner.

We recognise that children communicate in different ways. Their preferences, responses and comfort matter throughout the appointment.

Clear explanations and thoughtful next steps

We assess a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal concerns and discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate. Where it is, recommendations may include individually adapted hands-on care, movement or exercise advice and practical guidance for home.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss the options and make informed decisions about your child's care. Where another healthcare professional's input would be more appropriate, we will explain this and recommend the next steps. Our care sits alongside your child's wider healthcare and support.

You do not need to have all the answers before you get in touch. We are here to listen, take your concerns seriously and help you understand the way forward.

Co-Founder, Clinical Director & Chiropractor | Warwick Health & Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic

From world champions and Olympic athletes to international music tours and WWE, Peter brings an exceptional depth of sports and entertainment experience to chiropractic care in Warwickshire. His career combines more than two decades of clinical practice, championship-winning sporting achievement and extensive international work with people performing at the highest level.

Alongside Dr Cindy Townsend, Peter has built longstanding relationships across professional sport and entertainment. Together, they have provided chiropractic care as chiropractors for WWE’s European tours for more than two decades, supporting performers through the physical demands of international touring. Their wider work includes coordinating and providing chiropractic and massage care for major touring productions, including those of Fleetwood Mac, Take That, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and Bruno Mars.

Peter’s sporting experience is equally extensive, having cared for world champions, world-record holders, Premiership footballers and athletes from international and Olympic teams. A former British and English national champion sailor, Nations Cup winner and Fastnet Race class-winning helmsman, he understands high-level performance from both sides—as a competitor and as a clinician. This gives him a deeply personal appreciation of the dedication, physical demands and setbacks that can accompany an active life.

Inspired to become a chiropractor after seeing how care helped his father following a serious car accident, Peter graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2002, gaining an honours degree in Human Science and a master’s degree in Chiropractic. His further qualifications include international sports chiropractic accreditation (ICCSP), dry needling, advanced rehabilitation and a range of soft-tissue techniques.

Peter was nominated for UK Chiropractor of the Year in 2025. Peter co-founded Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic with Cindy in 2007. Together, they have brought their experience, ambition and commitment to individualised care to Warwick Health in Warwick, building a multidisciplinary team to support families, active individuals and athletes alike.

Sharing his experience is another important part of Peter’s work. He has provided postgraduate mentoring and training through the Royal College of Chiropractors, mentored international students in professional sports chiropractic, and is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.

Whilst known as the celebrities’ chiropractor, his approach remains personal. Whether caring for a touring performer, a teenage athlete or someone simply wanting to move more comfortably, Peter brings the same warmth, attention and commitment to understanding what matters to each individual.

A graduate of the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, Sam holds a master’s degree in Chiropractic and has since achieved his international sports chiropractic qualification (ICCSP), alongside Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 training.
