We want you to feel informed and comfortable before your appointment. If you are unsure which service to choose, please call 01926 356631 or email reception@warwickhealth.co.uk. Our reception team can help match your enquiry to an appropriate clinician.
Making an appointment
Book through the Warwick Health booking page or contact reception. Our online appointments are managed through PracticeHub. Please check that your confirmation shows Warwick Health, the correct clinician, appointment type, date and time. If a service is not available online, contact us to arrange it. An enquiry or callback request is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you.
You do not need a GP referral for a self-funded appointment. Booking an assessment does not mean that treatment will necessarily be suitable. Your clinician will explain the findings and recommend an appropriate next step, which may include referral.

Physiotherapy assessment may include appropriate treatment within the booked appointment. Massage consultation includes massage where suitable following assessment.
Bespoke scoliosis programmes are planned to begin in January 2027. Their treatment arrangements and fees will be explained separately before you commit. Further investigations, external referrals or other services may carry additional fees, which will be explained before they are arranged.
Your appointment and payment
Before and during your visit
We may ask you to complete a health questionnaire and provide relevant reports or records. Previous tests are not a requirement for booking. Please tell us about relevant health conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery or changes in symptoms so we can assess you safely.
Your initial chiropractic appointment is a consultation and assessment, without treatment. It includes a detailed history and an examination tailored to your needs. At your separate report of findings appointment, we explain what the assessment suggests, any remaining uncertainty, reasonable care options, expected costs and whether further investigation or referral is appropriate. Treatment may begin at that appointment if suitable and you choose to proceed.
Physiotherapy begins with a comprehensive assessment and a recommended treatment programme. Care may include hands-on treatment, soft-tissue work, stretching, exercise rehabilitation and practical ergonomic advice. Follow-up plans are tailored to your progress and goals.
Your choices and comfort
We explain proposed treatment, relevant benefits and risks, alternatives and the option of no treatment. You can ask questions, decline any technique or ask us to stop. We do not guarantee a particular result or recovery time. Please tell your clinician if something feels uncomfortable or if you have concerns after care.
For children, we consider their understanding, wishes and ability to consent, as well as parental responsibility where applicable. Please tell us who will attend with the child. You may request a support person or chaperone; contact us in advance so we can discuss arrangements.
Please let us know about communication, sensory, mobility or other access needs. We can discuss suitable adjustments and waiting arrangements. Sensitive conversations can take place in a private room; a garden or café conversation is optional and may offer less privacy.
Payment and insurance
Payment is due no later than your appointment, unless we have agreed otherwise. Any advance payment or deposit will be clearly explained before you confirm your booking. Reception can confirm accepted payment methods.
Your booking confirmation should show the agreed fee. If the website and booking system show different prices, please contact us before confirming. We will explain any proposed change before you agree to it. A consultation does not commit you to a course of treatment.
If you wish to use health insurance, check your cover, practitioner eligibility, referral requirements and authorisation with your insurer before attending. We provide receipts but do not claim reimbursement on your behalf. You remain responsible for the agreed fees, including any amount your insurer does not cover.
If you have an urgent medical problem, do not wait for an email or callback. Call 999 in an emergency or NHS 111 for urgent advice when it is not a life-threatening emergency.
